CASH BACK OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS


This Offer is subjected to the Terms & Conditions described below. By linking this Offer to your Card, you agree to these Offer Terms & Conditions:

  1. The offer
  2. This Offer is automatically linked to your Linked Cards and you just need to spend the stipulated amount in the offer description during the offer period to receive your cash back.

    You can continue to access the offer until the end of the offer period on REVO subject to any limits set by the merchant:

    • The REVO page of that particular offer or email from where you saw for the offer
    • The ‘Discover’ tab in your REVO account

  3. Eligible Cards
  4. Not all cards are eligible for this offer. You can link your locally-issued Mastercard credit/prepaid cards to REVO but we do not accept foreign-issued, corporate and debit cards.


    To reactivate a deactivated credit/prepaid card, all you have to do is link the card again to REVO and you are good to go.


    Mastercard - If your linked card was deactivated more than a month ago, Mastercard stipulates that you will have to wait up to 5 months before you can reactivate that credit/prepaid card again on REVO.


    Also, if your Mastercard credit/prepaid card has already been linked to an existing REVO account, you will not be able to use it for another account.


    Replacement Cards: If you are issued a replacement Card with a new Card number, your participation in this offer will end & you will need to link this new Card to REVO.


  5. Transactions that are not eligible
  6. The following transactions are not eligible and could be the reason why you did not receive your cash back:

    • Your Mastercard credit/prepaid card was not linked to REVO before you made a purchase. Any purchases made before will not be eligible for cash back.
    • Not all credit/prepaid cards are accepted for cash back on REVO. For now, REVO only works with any locally-issued Mastercard credit/prepaid cards. REVO does not work with corporate and debit cards.
    • The offer has been prematurely removed or cancelled.
    • The offer has already hit the budget limit.
    • The offer has already hit the per member cap limit.
    • You did not meet the merchant’s purchase T&C (terms and conditions).

  7. Bonus Cash Back (“Power Up Together”) Programme Mechanics
  8. In addition to existing merchant Cash back/Promotions, REVO users may participate in Power Up Together programmes. To activate the programme, users must create or join a team with their friends and spend together to reach the team spend goal to unlock the Bonus Cash Back.

    • A valid team must include at least 2 REVO users and the team members are required to spend via REVO with the linked cards to hit the team spend goal to be eligible for Bonus Cash Back.
    • Eligible users in a team will be rewarded with the Bonus Cash Back percentage based on the individual spend at the respective participating brands. Bonus Cash Back will only be given to those who contributed towards the team’s spend goal.
    • The eligible users of a team will have 7 days to redeem the Bonus Cash Back before the reward expires.
    • The bonus cash back will be unlocked each time your team completes a goal together. A goal is deemed completed when all transactions have been confirmed and are no longer in a "pending" state.
    • In the event a user leaves the team, Bonus Cash Back will still be awarded to that user according to the amount contributed to achieve the team’s spend goal.
    • In the event a user leaves a team and joins a new team in less than 24 hours, any spend made by that user within that 24 hours will be assigned under the previous team’s spend.

  9. Cash back
  10. Cash back is typically credited to your account within 14 working days of you meeting the offer spend requirement – however this can take up to 90 working days from the offer end date.


  11. Privacy and Security
  12. We use your personal information such as your phone number and transaction information to manage and reward your spending. Your personal information will only be used strictly in accordance with REVO Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


  13. Fraud/Gaming/Glitches
  14. REVO together with Mastercard and participating merchants reserves the right to suspend or cancel the offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer.

    We will do our best to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted.

    REVO together with Mastercard and participating merchants reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the offer or any breach of the Offer Terms.


  15. Changes
  16. The offer is provided by Mastercard, participating merchants and REVO. REVO together with Mastercard and participating merchants reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or Offer Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
