1. Registration & Identification information: You will be asked to provide personal identification information that includes but is not limited to your name, email and mobile phone number.

2. Information from merchants: When a qualifying transaction is made by you at a participating merchant’s store, REVO will receive the following information from the merchants.

• Your amount spent and/or rewards redemption
• Your date of spend
• Your location of spend

We do not receive any information from the merchants if your transaction is below the minimum spend indicated in the participating merchant’s cash back offers.

3. Information to merchants: When a qualifying transaction is made by you at a participating merchant’s store, REVO will send the following information to that merchant:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your spend amount
• Your date of spend
• Your location of spend

4. Contest & Surveys: REVO may offer you opportunities to participate in contests & surveys from time to time. We may need to collect or require you to submit information when you opt-in to these contests & surveys.

5. Log information: Like many site and/or application operators, we collect information that you send whenever you use our Site and/or Application. REVO may collect information about your interaction with our Site and/or Application. The technical information that we collect includes but not limited to browser type, page visited, average time spent on our sites and services, IP address, service log on device type, device operating system and REVO application version. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this information.

6. Location information: REVO may collect location information from your device if you choose to enable it. You can limit or disable the sharing of location via your device setting.

7. Other Information: REVO may request and/or allow other information from you such as user feedback, questions, comments, suggestions or ideas to provide you with better or improve upon our existing services.

While using the Site and/or Application, REVO uses the personal information that we have collected on you to:

1. Issue cash back based on your spending.
2. Offer and improve upon the site and/or services provided by REVO.
3. Respond to your queries on REVO site and/or services.
4. Analyse your usage of our site and/or services.
5. Alert you of application updates and/or compatibility issues with your devices.
6. Deliver administrative notices, alerts, troubleshooting and communication relevant to the use of our site and/or services.
7. Offering you other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
8. Perform market research, marketing and promotions.

Information disclosure and protection

REVO will not, without your permission, sell, publish, or share your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

REVO may share your personal information with our merchants for the purpose of providing our Services. In regards to any REVO cash back that you may redeem, REVO might share some of your personal information in order to process and validate your cash back.

These third parties that are given access to your personal information are contractually obligated to abide with REVO privacy practices.

REVO takes the security of your personal information seriously. We have multiple layers of technical, physical and administrative safeguards to maintain security over your personal information. These safeguards includes but not limited to firewall, encryption techniques and authentication procedures.

Your online access may be protected by the password you have selected. We advise you to have a strong password combination of numbers, upper and lower case letters. REVO also strongly recommends that you do not share your password with anyone and we will never ask you for your password.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While REVO strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with alerts, notifications, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information via email, website or mobile app that is related to REVO. You may choose to opt-out of these services but do note that certain services are necessary for the proper functioning of REVO cash back and you are advised not to opt-out of those.

REVO may offer separate products and services offered to you by third parties on our Site and/or Application. These offers, advertisements and services may be personalised based on the information you have provided us, what we have collected on you or other information. If you choose to use these offers, advertisements and services, you are fully subjected to their privacy policy and terms of service, not REVO.
