PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility

The promotion is open only to:

• Maxis subscribers
• Those who are 18 years of age and above as of the date of joining the campaign
• Legal residents of Malaysia.

Employees of Employees of Maxis and OfferStation (the operator of REVO site https://revo.cards), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”) are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Promotion Period

1. This promotion is valid from 01 December 2020 to 31 December 2023(both dates inclusive) hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period".

Agreement to Rules

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements above. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Maxis and OfferStation as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.

Promotion Mechanics

This promotion can be participated by Maxis subscribers just by:

1. Sign up on REVO Rewards Platform on a dedicated Maxis landing page https://www.revo.cards/maxis
2. Make one (1) qualifying transaction at REVO participating merchants to be eligible for the RM12 Sign Up Bonus. Qualifying transactions refer to the merchants minimum spend requirement where applicable.
3. The Sign Up Bonus is only applicable for new REVO customers and is only limited to one reward per user.
4. The reward will be credited to REVO account along with cash back earned for the first transaction successfully made.
5. Eligible new users must fulfill all requirements, as specified above, to be eligible for the RM12 Sign Up Bonus.
6. The reward is capped at 1,000 Maxis users for the whole campaign period on a first-come, first-served basis and will be valid during the promotion's effective date only.

Terms & Conditions

OfferStation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond OfferStation's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such case OfferStation may select the cash back receiver from all eligible purchases done by the users received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by OfferStation.

OfferStation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. OfferStation has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, to void entries for any reason. Any attempt by a user to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, OfferStation reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless OfferStation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such user’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.

Privacy Policy

Data acquired during the duration of this campaign shall be owned by OfferStation. The same exact data shall also be fully furnished to Maxis. Identity of the data controller and data collected

The collection of data as for this promotion is performed by OfferStation which will be shared to Maxis. In particular the following categories of personal data are collected:

• Personal data such as your full name, e-mail address and mobile number.
• User consent or objection regarding commercial prospection (opt-in, communication preferences).

Purpose of the collection

The collection of personal data as part of the contest is for the following purposes:

• Management and animation of the commercial relationship, prospection and elaboration of statistics.
